Energy Atlas Methodologies

A common methodology is bein developed for Energy Atlas.

So far, a draft version of the common framework for Energy Profiles has been established and submitted for review on 6/11/2006 to a validation committee. The committee members are:

• M. MUNGUR, Ag Principal Planner - Ministry of Public Utilities (Mauritius)
• Dr ZOGRAFAKIS, director - Regional Energy Agency of Crete ( Crete – Greece)
• M. MELIM MENDES, director – Regional Energy and Environment Agency of the autonomous region of Madeira ( Madeira – Portugal )
• M. IBRAHIM, Energy Project Leader - General Council of Mayetta (Mayetta - France)
• Dr RAKOTONIAINA, Professor - Polytechnic University of Antananarivo (Madagascar)
• Ms GILBOIRE, Project Leader for Réunion Island Energy Observatory – ARER (Réunion - France)

The validation committee suggested minor modifications to the common framework. The modifications were integrated and the common framework is validated. Thank you to all committee members !
